Hi everyone!

I've been working on my applications recently, and I had a quick question about the enrollments, institutions attended and coursework sections. On the VMCAS applications it asks for any school that you applied to, and if you enrolled. When I was in high school I took a language class that I received college credit for, and it transferred to the school I am at now and counted as a humanities requirement. I never actually applied to this school, nor did I attend prior to college. Am I supposed to include this on the VMCAS as it is a class that shows up on my transcript? I also attended a summer class but again never actually applied and enrolled but just took 1 course at a different school. Does the same go for this school?

Thanks a bunch! 🙂

For my high school courses, I listed the actual university that I took them through. I had the official university transcript and all that, even though I never applied or attended the actual university.

I would do the same for the summer course.

I believe, when you get to the classes you've taken part, you need to have already listed the University in the "attended section" in order for it to show up properly? That's if I remember it correctly-- you can't list a class unless you've "attended" that university

I took some classes at a local community college my senior year of high school, and that is how I listed them in VMCAS. I also got a transcript from the community college as well to send to all of the vet schools I am applying to.

VMCAS two years ago assured me that even my classes in theater and ball room dancing, taken for fun at a local CC, needed to be listed, so I would assume you should list this.
