I have went through my fair share of surgical instrument brands. Nothing is more frustrating than constantly replacing them whether its nippers, blade handles, hemostats, etc. Does anyone rave about a particular manufacturer?
For basic clinic instruments? Hmmm, I usually used the dollar scalpel handles, scissors, forceps, curettes, stats, etc in private office. Nippers you do have to spend a bit of coin for, though.
If you're hospital employ, try Gill or whatever gold plated one they want to buy
I like whatever brand of hemostat doesn't get all twisted up when you pull that lateral nail border (on a super thick nail) out in alligator fashion. Guess I haven't found it yet...
