Int. rotations worthwhile without an interest in global health?

Hi,

Currently in the application cycle for class of 2012. Although I don't have much of an interest in international health, I am looking forward to an international rotation simply for the experience. I never had he opportunity to study abroad in college. My question is: Do people go on international rotations even if they are not focused on global health issues? Is it worthwhile?
