Some highlights:
- OP claims to be a Radiology resident. Went to a top 25 med school (3.8/34) and matched into Radiology despite scoring below 240 on Step I.
- Regrets going into medicine. Says physicians are overworked, pay sucks, too much liability, patients are horrible, etc.
- Says the "old doctors" blew it by being greedy and letting insurance companies take over.
- If he could do it all over again he would do CRNA or PA.
- Says premeds should be forced to shadow a resident for the summer and follow the same hours - doubts that many of them would still consider medicine after that experience.
- Says MD and DO aren't the same - DO should be applied as a backup because it's very hard for them to get competitive specialties.
- Calls it the "MCATs"
The same poster also claims to have interviewed applicants at his med school:

- Says applicants are tiered before the interview.
- All it takes is one person on the adcom pushing for/against you to make or break your application post-interview
