Hi,
I am having trouble finding a decent full time position as an associate in Northern Virginia area.
Dentist show and conduct interviews in their headoffices which are in better areas and usually nice and fresh and they expect you to work in some other office far away which is not as great.
It makes no sense to me. If I take the trouble to go for an interview I would like to see the place I will be working in the future.
In another place they want 15 miles restriction of covenant. 15 miles pretty much covers all of the Northern Virginia 😕
Are there so many practice owners out there that take advantage of people looking for associateships like this?
I have enough experience (3 years) so I am confident I will find somewhere I will be happy to work. But I am surprised and disappointed from the experience so far.
