I've searched and searched but haven't found an answer to this one:

Since each school has their own eval form that they want to be filled out by LOR writers, how do these forms fit into the Interfolio system? If I might want a general letter sent out to multiple med schools in the future, each with their appropriate eval forms, do I need to have my writers submit the letter and the form separately like 2 separate items? Does everybody just have the letter writers upload or mail the whole packet as one?

Not sure of what you mean by each school having their own eval form. I know there are a couple schools I've seen that have extra stuff for a LOR writer to fill out, but besides that, which would be sent via mail to the school if they provide the form in a pdf file or something, there shouldn't be any strange circumstances with Interfolio. I'm using Interfolio, and the letters are uploaded to the online system, then sent out as you designate to each school. As far as I know and have experienced in sending them, these letters are sent in the form that each school prefers (as in electronic or through the mail in paper form, which Interfolio does). Hope that helps at least a little, but if you could specify the school and what you mean by their "own eval form", I may be able to help more.

I've been using Interfolio for LORs to all the schools I'm applying to, and basically I've never filled out any of the individual forms schools have. Some schools' websites will explicitly mention that if you use Interfolio, it's acceptable not to use the form they provide to submit your LORs.

Anyway, I've not run into trouble yet and I'm complete at ~20 schools. Mostly, I don't think schools care if you use their form or not IF you submit LORs through Interfolio. Yet another reason to use Interfolio, imho. I could not imagine doing things any other way, or having profs, etc. filling out a zillion different forms, printing out a zillion different copies, etc. Horrific thought.
