Interfolio at Harvard?

There are a number of schools that say "letters must be sent directly from author." Does this mean Interfolio is not accepted at these schools?

Like this line in the Harvard Supplemental Application info pages:

"Individual letters of recommendation must be mailed to the Admissions Office
directly from the author and must be written on the author’s office letterhead."
