Would you advise having writers send in the letters electronically or snail mail? What is the lapse time before it is uploaded to interfolio for each?

Do you know of any schools that do not accept interfolio??

If you apply to a school that doesn't accept electronic deliveries from Interfolio, they will accept a mailed hardcopy delivery from Interfolio. Interfolio offers both and I think it's the same price either way.
