So basically the lower limb/rib cage needs blood so it takes blood from the subclavian and reroutes it through the intercostals and superior epigastric

will internal thoracic a normal in postductal coractation of the aorta?
as i know aorta in this condition is obstruction so we need to connect internal thoracic a with another artery
is that right ?
could you explain Collateral blood flow of Coarctation of Aorta and collateral circulation because i am confused about it
