International graduate need fellowship advice in us

Hi I am a Neurologist with DM and DNB degree in Neurology from India .
Am I eligible for fellowship in Vascular neurology in USA and if so does that require USMLE
Is there any other exam which can be cleared to be eligible for vascular neurology fellowships.
What other requirements are present for further applying for the same.

You'll need to complete all USMLE steps (Step 1, Step 2 CS & CK) & get an ECFMG nod. Apply & secure a Neurologist residency. After completing it you can apply for fellowships. Any Medical degrees (& experience) from India are not directly accepted. HTH.

I just want to add, that you have to also score high in USMLEs....
Recently, I have gathered from an MBBS degree holder from India that, in comparison, USMLE may be harder than exams needed to get a residency in UK/Australia.
