International Practice (US MD)

I am just curious if anyone knows how a US MD grad (post residency) would fare in the international job market?

Would it be difficult to, for instance, move to and practice in Canada/Europe after completing training in the United States?

I am unfamiliar with the laws and how far a US licensure can stretch.

Not something I am particularly interested in as a current MD applicant, but I am curious anyway!

Do you have an EU passport? That might be the bigger issue.
