We moved for internship last year (2011) and know that you can claim moving expenses if you are relocating for a full-time job. Right? I'm married and we file jointly.

My question is, what exactly is deductable and how much can you excpect to get back (the entire cost of our move?: moving company charge, gas, utility deposits?) Who has done this before and how did it all work out? I have all our major expense reciepts, but doubt we kept all our gas station reciepts from the drive. Any advice?

I have looked into this before following a military move. Am I allowed to post a link here to the IRS website? I know that you can deduct any mileage, parking, shipping, and lodging costs as long as the move is 50+ miles from your original location. I don't want to put too many other details in case they don't apply to your specific case.
