Interventional Pain Procedural RVU's

I'm looking for a table of physician RVU's for common procedures performed in an interventional pain practice including E&M. Also, a table of facility fees for various procedures would be helpful too.

Anyone aware of good reference resources for this information?

The American Society of Anesthesiology publishes an annual Relative Value Guide. THe RVUs for pain begin on page 27 of the 2006 edition sitting on my desk. There's no info there about facility fees, unfortunately.

Sorry for the ignorance, but what is the Relative Value Unit, and how is it interpreted?
