Hello all-

I just got a letter in the mail today 6/12 stating that there are interview spots available for tomorrow and next tuesday and wednesday. Granted this is real short notice, I am still VERY, VERY grateful to Howard for this opportunity.

From those that have had an interview already, what are the chances of getting in after the interview (i know its pretty late in the process, but the lady said there are spots available). Gosh, I HOPE and I PRAY that I get in!! If anyone has ANY constructive advice also PLEASE, PLEASE let me know. Email me at [email protected]

I'm pretty excited that I've gotten an interview even though i'm not an URM. Gosh, i wish the SEARCH function worked on SDN =( And I went on interviewfeedback.com and its down. The SDN feedback thing only had two feedback entries for this one.

Congratulations on your interview! It must be very exciting, especially this late in the process. Howard is actually one of the schools that I haven't heard from yet and now you've given me some hope 🙂 I was wondering if you could give me some of your stats, such as undergrad, mcat scores, and gpa just so I know where my situation is. Thanx a bunch and good luck on your interview!!!!

Congrats on your interview! If they interview you then the ADCOM seen something in your application that impressed them. I wish I had some advice about the interviewing process but if I find any I will PM you on that matter. Congrats again I know you will do fine!!

To all of you out there wondering what's going on with Howard, I have some info. I just found out that there is an extraordinary amount of great candidates that they are presently reviewing, more than usual for some reason. I interviewed all the way back in February and I haven't heard anything yet from the school. However, I did find out from other sources that I am on the waitlist. If you haven't heard anything yet from Howard, it probably means you have been placed on the waitlist as well but you just haven't been notified like me. I hope that everything works out for all of us 🙂 .

For some reason, every time I have tried to post to this thread, my computer has frozen. So I'll give it another try. I remember reading somewhere that the only things unique really about Howard interviews is that the interviewer really focuses on any "flaws" or "red flags" and wants to discuss them. Other than that, just be ready to talk about why Howard and what you'd give to them, and ask questions to show interest!

I think a lot of people are on the same boat as me because I have been getting a lot of emails about my stats, etc....
