Interview at ICO without OAT

Hi, has anybody heard about ICO sending out interviews without OAT scores? If so, does anyone know what that process is like

They'd probably put the applicant on a waitlist till they see the OAT scores.

You're right! They said that you can either get accepted, rejected, put on hold, or alternate list. The interviewer said you'd probably get placed on hold till your OAT scores come in.
In terms of the actual interview we barely talked about my OAT. They didn't bring it up except for asking my how I was studying and when it was scheduled for.
