Is it possible to get an ii from one school in one location (ex: lecom-b) and not the other (lecom-e)? there are quite a few schools with different campuses all around....

Yeah because schools with different campuses usually have separate admissions committees.

No, I'm saying Western's two campuses are non-competitive... so IF you get an interview at one, you probably won't at the other.

and I guess VCOM too, but I didn't apply there so I dunno.
