hey guys,
I have an interview next week here in California and it's been really hot so I don't know if a black suit would be appropriate for a woman. Do you have other ideas? Would a cardigan be appropriate?

Always, always, to be on the safe side, wear a suit. Doesn't have to be black necessarily- you could go navy or grey. You don't have to wear a collared shirt underneath, you can get a sleeveless lightweight shell. If you are wearing a skirt, wear sheer pantyhose.

I was just in California for a job interview and I wore a black suit. The guy drove me between a few of the clinics in the scorching hot sun. It sucked but I'm glad I wore the suit.
