I submitted my application on 6/30 for Fall 2011 (Winter 2012 for NYCPM) to all schools except DMU (for obvious reasons). I am planning on resubmitting for all schools in August for Fall 2012. I have a scheduled interview @ Western for Fall 2011. Hoping for more interview opportunities from other schools as well. I would appreciate any thoughts and feedback about my current situation. (i.e. scholarship opportunities, acceptance chances, interview chances for Fall 2011 and/or Fall 2012). Considering the options of this fall vs next fall as well. Also any help on interviews for Western would be greatly appreciated.

My stats:
3.06 Science GPA
3.55 Non-Science GPA
3.26 Total GPA
All calculated by AACPMAS
BS Pre-Med

25P MCAT 9/10
9V, 6PS, 10 BS, P WS

22Q MCAT 8/06
7V, 7PS, 8BS, Q WS

Shadowed 2 podiatrists (total over 1 week)

Worked in Assisted living facility for 1 year.
Worked as an EMT-B for 1 year.

I personally think you have a shot at Western! Your stats are pretty decent! Even if you choose not to go to Western, if you apply on August 1st for the next cycle, I strongly believe that your stats will get you into whatever school you desire with scholarship offers. Good luck!
