Hi. I sent an e-mail yesterday before noon with an interview date I prefer and I haven't heard from the residency coordinator yet. I am not overly concerned right now but how long should I wait before becoming overly concerned

Make a followup phone call to the program assistant or coordinator. Be polite and apologetic for badgering them. They'll let you know whether they got yesterday's email.

I emailed a program on Friday to confirm an interview, haven't heard back from them since. So yea, how long should a person wait before becoming "overly concerned" lol.

I had similar problems with two of my schools. I called them up today and reserved it. Its simple. Just be polite.

Ok thanks, I'll give them a call tomorrow just to be on the safe side! 👍

Sorry about the double threads, it wasn't intended.

I'm in sort of a tricky situation since in the email they sent it said in caps to not phone them unless absolutely necessary. However, two emails were given so I guess I'll try emailing the other one tomorrow.

I always reserved my spot with a telephone call. Worked 100% of the time with no worries.
