I emailed a program on Friday to confirm an interview, haven't heard back from them since. So yea, how long should a person wait before becoming "overly concerned" lol.
I had similar problems with two of my schools. I called them up today and reserved it. Its simple. Just be polite.

I'm in sort of a tricky situation since in the email they sent it said in caps to not phone them unless absolutely necessary. However, two emails were given so I guess I'll try emailing the other one tomorrow.
With the exception of any programs using interview broker or the ones that explicitly say "you must email. do not call.", this is the way to go.I always reserved my spot with a telephone call. Worked 100% of the time with no worries.
