I know this may be obvious, but sometimes I will drive to interviews and my luggage can stay in the car. But sometimes I will need to leave right from my interview to get to the airport and will not have time to go back to the hotel or meet up with my student host. What do I do with my luggage?

Many schools allow you to store your stuff in the admissions office on the day of the interview. This is usually stated either in their invite email or on their website.

Everywhere I interviewed had somewhere for you to store your luggage. Check the interview invite/website info or call the school and ask if its not mentioned in the interview info.

It's a good thing you bumped this, because luggage storage areas were outlawed in 2012 and now you're all on your own. Sorry about that.

+1 Bringing luggage to an interview is an auto-reject at most places these days.

j/k

It hasn't changed, but I would recommend touching base with the admin office prior to the day of the interview to ensure they know you need store luggage in their office.
