Yeah, I was starting to feel left out at my interview yesterday--seemed like just about everyone was letting the girls out to play. I contemplated it but knew better and kept them out o' sight.

Yeah, me either. I get the impression that some people think that their clubbin' clothes are just fine to wear to interviews for some bizarre reason. I just don't get it. Nutty people.

I had to cancel one of my interviews because of snow last week. Now my POI would like to do a phone interview. However, I guess it will be with many faculty at once. Has anyone ever had a group interview over the phone with several faculty members? Any advice would be appreciated. I am just worried that I will not be able to keep track of who is asking me each question because I do not know their voices.

Then again, learning how to tie a tie is surprisingly difficult. I have a feeling I'm going to end up with one lopsided knot...
