Is it possible to find out how you did on your interviews for a med school or if there are any red flags in your application. I assume only after you received a decision. Would it be possible after a waitlist? This is kind of out there but just wanted to hear any comments.

I think you have to wait until after you are rejected (if you are) to find out how you did on an interview. It wouldn't seem right to ask previuos to that---your application is still under consideration.

I am not totally sure what you mean by any red flags in your application but I would assume that you are talking about if there is anything looked upon unfavorably. This also, I would assume, you should only ask after (if you have been) rejected.

Pretty much if you get in---yipee who cares if there were any problems.

If you are rejected--call after and ask what would be the nest way to improve your application/ what are your weak points.

If your interviewer gave you contact info you can ask them or I my case I asked the office guy who I had been working with over the phone (issues with my AMCAS application) and he was up front. I asked so, how do I look? he said Your interviewer liked you and you're a strong canidate. I don't think it would work in most cases but if your file has passed through committee and nothing more can hurt it then I'd just call up and ask. Most likely they will tell you to schedule a meeting with the dean of admissions and it is possible to see them if you are waitliste but not rejected. In fact some schools this will put you closer to the top of the waitlist.
