I found these surveys on SDN and thought that they could be really helpful for anyone preparing for (hoping for) interviews.

They would be better if more people who have completed interviews filled out the surveys. I am proposing two things: 1) People who have interviewed should fill out the surveys as best they can and 2) people who will interview should fill them out to give future interviewees more information about the (relatively secretive) interview process.
Just trying to raise awareness so applicants like myself could potentially benefit (or at least have something else to look over while we wait to hear).
