i think those letters are for people who the admissions people know without a doubt they want in. the rest of the letters will be sent out by the end of march at the latest.

i heard that there were going to be 3 times that they would be sending out invites for the people who interviewed last weekend.

but if they keep rolling you back, you could hear as late as the end of may whether you got in or not. it happened to a friend of mine. she was already looking for apartments at tech and then ut notified her and she dropped everything in amarillo to come to ut.

Operation "what will be, will be" is now in full effect. Not going to sweat it. God knows I want it, but all anxiety does is mess with my system not bring me acceptance letters 😀 ...... Good luck to all'a'y'all 😉

What's up with UT, my status says everything received but the personal statement. How do they think I printed out the Cert. page w/o submitting personal statement? The worse part is I cant get in touch with anyone at the office! It's always a vmail. I'm probably more anxious now than I ever will be for the interview =)

What's up with the server is the better question... hehe, if it ain't broke, don't fix it.... I feel you on the UT thing. All i can say is have patience, and I guess keep leaving messages with them..... Somebody needs to fix the server though, so we can know that people are writing things, and have questions and such...... NOW, it's broke.

Great news! I got an acceptance letter from UT today. 😀

So, i'm watching Friends... the episode that Ross can't get his leather pants back on and he calls Joey from the bathroom... and ends up with powder and lotion all over him 😀 .. and then of course Chandler and Monica trying to keep thier affair a secret, but Rachel knows now too.....


ANY FREAKING WAYZ... what has this got to do with UT Austin.. absolutely nothing except that 'Friends' is a wonderful show, & helps me not stress about UT Austin


So on that note, which is your favorite Friend?
Me, Ross and Chandler are consistently on top. I switch back and forth between the two... Right now it's Ross. Phoebe is third after the two. And Rachael is definitely last.

I'm not too sure. You might want to call the school and check with them. Also I remember them saying that if you dont hear from them right now, they'll continue to evaluate you until all interviews are done.

So... um.. who else (from the first round interview) hasn't heard anything? I actually thought my interview went well, obviously i was mistaken. Part of me feels like they are waiting till the end of March to give me my rejection letter... oh wellz, everything happens for a reason, anybody else out there?....
