Quick question: i start off my interview season with two in one week (had to do this with school/work schedule) and i leave in 3 or 4 days. what's the best way to prepare besides getting the questions from interview feedback website? did ya'll practice a lot? what helped the most?

i use "i think" and 'i believe" a lot when i talk and being from cali, i use "like" like all the time. 🙂 so, any suggestions...i'm going nuts worrying.

Just be yourself - if the stuff you put on your AMCAS application is genuinely meaningful to you, then you should be able to discuss your application at length and at ease. In many cases however, the interviewer may have looked at your application for only a few minutes. You have no control over your interviewer - you may get someone whom you really get along with or you may get someone who is indifferent to you. Don't worry about that during the interview - often there is no correlation between your feelings during the interview and whether or not you get accepted.

All of the interviews I have had have been laid back, get to know you kind of things. Approach your interviews as conversations and not interviews and you will do fine.

Don't let yourself get stressed. Also, don't worry if you've got two in one week. It's definitely doable. I managed three in a week (but barely), so you should be fine as long as you keep yourself in good spirits and get plenty of rest. You wanna be able to stay awake on interview day. Best of luck to you.

Simply relax. It may sound cliche, but it's really true. All interviews I've been to were mostly conversations. The first one will be the hardest because you don't know what to expect. But you'll be a natural (be yourself) after that.....And show enthusiam for the school.

I had 3 in the same week each about 3 to 4 hours from the other. It's definitely doable. You'll just be exhausted after the last one.
