Does anyone know if schools send out invitation before reviewing LORs even when they are available for review? I am specifically interested in the case of University of Chicago. Thx.

Not sure what exactly your question is, but I have received an interview invite this cycle without any LOR uploaded to AMCAS.

As I recall, UChicago's interview invite email specifically references letters of recommendation, which I imagine means that letters are important to them and they'd probably wait for them.
