I just E-submitted my pharmcas application. How long does it take pharmcas to process the application and send it to your schools of choice. I called and they said 5 weeks. Do you think it takes that long. I was hoping my schools would get my application sooner than 5 weeks.

It depends how many applicants they have in the queue..for me it took about 2 weeks (I submitted 9/4), some other people have posted that their GPAs were calculated in a day. Then whenever they do calculate the GPA, they will most likely send out materials to the schools the following Monday.

hah that would be a laugh - applying 5 times in a row! nah, i was in high school in '03 actually ,and was considering pre-med. this is my first time around and hopefully only time.

Yeah I have been feeling pretty bad myself. I live in Richmond and the weather here is horrible and isn't supposed to let up tomorrow either... rain rain GO AWAY 🙁

My PharmCAS was completed in the middle of August and I received an email from Midwestern CCP on August 18th, I believe, requesting my supplemental. I had that in within 2 or 3 days.

Nova received my pharmcas Wed. Oct 1st and sent me my supplemental. I submitted my supplemental Wednesday night and submitted my signature page Thursday. They received it Friday Oct 3rd and called me at 2pm for the interview. They didn't have my official pcat scores yet but i did provide them in my supplemental which I don't remember the break down but I know my composite from Oct 07 was a 78 (high 40s in chem), retook it Aug 08 and made a 56 composite (my sciences increased but my reading comp destroyed my score). My science gpa is a 3.46 and my overall a 3.55. I've worked as a tech for 2 years, I just got certified last month. I have a lot of volunteer experience outside of school and the pharmacy. I also have 2 years undergrad from FSU and Bentley in Boston when I was originally pursuing Eco-Accounting-Finance. I have about 104 credit hours. That's about it.
