Interview invites - when to be concerned?

I have received 4 interview invites, all within the first 2 weeks of submitting ERAS on 9/15. One from my home institution and 3 east coast programs (I am from the west coast originally). I have heard nothing since MSPE (and my MSPE is good) and I'm starting to get anxiety because looking at the sdn interview invite thread there are several schools that have sent invites that I have not heard from. Is it time for me to worry? Is it still to early, even though programs I've applied to are sending out invites already? Should I send out emails to program coordinators expressing interest? Thanks in advance for reading my stress-laden email.

Hey! Yeah I'm in the same exact situation, I have 4 as well and get nervous everytime I see people posting invites from programs I applied to. Apparently I keep hearing it still hasn't been a month "we should be okay". But I always take that with a grain of salt. Getting very nervous here as well and wondering what's gonna happen to me. As the OP said, any advice???
