For those who have matched in the past, when did invites start to come out?

For those who have matched in the past, when did invites start to come out?

First invites were just after apps were submitted, but there were only a few then. Many in October. Still quite a bit in Nov, but Dec and Jan thinned out a lot.

thanks for the congrats. I'm sure they're going to start rolling in for you as well...this is an anxious time though. I just want to get the interviews going. I found that having all this info online and at your fingertips really increases my OCD traits. I check ADTS all the time to see who has downloaded stuff. I go to the NBME site even on days that aren't Wednesday thinking "maybe they put the scores up today and just didn't tell anybody" Good luck to all. It's nice being able to talk to y'all during this process though.

okay thats about what I was applying to ... I heard on another forum of someone applying to a rediculus number ... something like 57 programs !! I was like .. jesus ... I don't even know of those many to apply to !!

I applied to 51, but I'm a caribbean student so I have to be careful.. maybe on the other forum it was an IMG as well.

For those who've matched in the past - when did the west coast invites start to come out? do certain states typically invite before others? It seems so from other posts . . . .

I only applied to 6. I'm geographically limited, so I'll have to make it work!
