Interview Invites

I am wondering how long it takes to receive interview invites. My application was sent in very early and I hope to have my secondaries in by July 7th. Do they generally give 4-6 weeks notice prior to interviews? If so could I hope to hear from several schools by the last week of July? Do most schools give you a choice as to when you take an interview?

I received my interview at Lecom 2 or 3 weeks after sending in my secondary. They didn't give me a choice of dates, but it worked out fine. I was accepted and never needed to attend another interview.

It is quite possible that I am wrong in this matter, but I am pretty sure there are no interview invitations until after August. I think interviews begin around September. However, you are ahead of the game and have definitely put yourself in a favorable position for an early invitation.
