hey guys. i hope you guys are all well. anyway, i was wondering, how useful is a letter of intent? i am planning on sending one to my top choice school, but do you think it will make much of a difference? secondly, i have heard many people give thank-you letters to their interviewers directly after the interview. what do you guys think about this?

Thank you letters are appropriate when you receive gifts, when someone does something extra special to help you/comfort you, etc. For interviewing you??? That just doesn't make much sense to me (and sounds like you're trying to suck up wayyyyyyy too much). But that's just my opinion 🙂
