What are some things that, in retrospect, you wish you had done differently at your interviews?

For winter/spring interviewees: What are you planning on doing differently, if anything?

I probably wouldn't read through the worst interview answers thread at night before the interview day, because that made me more nervous especially on my first interview.

Replying "Why the hell not?!" when asked why I wanted to be a doctor.


No, but seriously... I do the best in interviews when I am being myself. I always feel like the interviewer can tell when I'm forcing a response or speaking outside of my comfort zone. Stick to your guns!

I just wish it could have been longer. A half hour was not enough time at all. It felt like 5 minutes.
