If you don't have lots of interview experience you could do "mock interviews". And definetly do some research on the program.
Edit: Come up with answers to classical/generic interview questions ahead of time. There's a good chance you'll get asked at least a few common interview questions (example: what is you greatest weakness?, most important accomplishment?, why work here? ect.)

Well, you should definitely read up on basic orthopedic research, as well as at least a few of the most recent publications that the P.I. has put out. You want to give a legit reason for your interest in the research there rather than just "you had an opening". Check your suit, make sure it fits well still, or buy one if you don't have one (cheap is fine). Read up on any undergrad level research projects that have come out of that lab, and it wouldn't hurt to know the bio of your interviewer(s).
