interview Q's/weird tasks

how about a new thread for strange/unique interview questions or weird tasks to complete?

I've had friends applying to ortho residencies in the past tell me that they've had to play the game "operation", suture together swiss cheese, and do weird physical exercises...any scenarios like that happen to anyone in the interview trail to anyone yet? If so, please mention the residency program too...
