interview question - why should we NOT admit you?

hey, I was reviewing the interview questions for UPenn and one of the questions is "why should we NOT admit you?" I have no idea on how to answer this question, any suggestions? thanks

pretty ridiculous question if you ask me.

tell them, bc your class rank might be -15 bc you'll end up outranking everyone in your class and 15 from the class ahead of you, thus giving your administration more work to do.

Tell them you'll blow their exams out of the water, ruining the curve for other people. And if there is no curve, you'll do so much better than everyone else that even the professors will be ashamed that they know less than you and resign out of shame.

I would probably refuse to directly answer the question. I would say "I, like everyone, have some flaws, but they aren't enough to not be admitted to your school."

I guess have some small flaws to mention (like I watch too much TV, or eat way too much candy <-- my flaws).

Hopefully you won't be asked during your interview though.

(edit: though I do like IvyHopeful's answer... but that would ring untrue from me and I hate not sounding authentic.)

I guess I would rather mention a flaw or two than a reason to not be admitted to medical school. The latter seems like a worst offense. But if someone comes up with something better, I would use that (but so far, I'm not a big fan of any answer)

Flatter the school without suggesting a failure to select you is due to a lack on your part. For example, Penn especially, "Because it can be difficult to choose between such a large number of highly qualified applicants for admission, and while I believe I be an excellent fit for your medical school you may, while structuring the entering class, decide other candidates better fit your needs."

My answer would be something to the effect of: "you shouldn't admit me if you feel I would not be a good fit here."
