I was wondering on how to reply to a interviewee when he/she may ask you what is your weakness?

Reply with something truthful, but something that may also be a good quality...like you take on more than you can handle, or you are a perfectionist :wink: Be sneaky....but honest.

thats probably the hardest question... cause on one hand you're trying to think of a unique answer, but on the other hand you're trying not to mention something that you think would appear as a hindrance to being in medicine.

I agree with dr foxy in any case.
