I am done with internship, so here is my take.
I think that you will probably find a mixed bag of questions. Most questions will be to try to get to know you as a person. Be yourself. They have your application in front of them...so they probably don't have much interest in asking stuff they already know. They may ask you to clarify aspects of your package. If you performed research, they may ask about it. They will probably reask the question of why you want to do PM&R...just because it is such an important question. They may throw a pimp question out there, mainly to see how you communicate and handle pressure more than to test your competence (if they granted you an interview, you likely are competent enough).
There are tons of general interview questions that they can ask and it wouldn't be a bad idea to go over them (google residency interview questions)...but be careful about being too calculated. Again, the interviewers are looking for communication skills and personality more than competence.
Good luck.
