To all radiology residents and radiology trackers,
When you were on the interview trail going for radiology, what were the questions that were posed to you? Thanks in advance everyone for sharing!

C'mon, somebody here must have already gone through interviews. What did they ask you at your interviews?

Common, you know, the usuual crap. Its all a game anyways. Just try to appear normal. Dont do anything that will make you stand out in a bad way.

No seriously, people are very interested in this. It really helps to have some idea of what sorts of questions are asked. I'm sure many of us would really appreciate it.
Thanks

Why do you want to become a radiologist?
What attracts you to the field?
What frustrates you about the field?
What change can you make to the field?
Why should I choose you over someone else?
Strengths and weaknesses?
What makes you a good radiologist?
Who inspired you to become a physician?
How are you with computers?

Can you pass me the sugar?
Can you hold this stack of unread CTs for me?

blah blah blah

No secret questions are asked.

If I were interviewing I would give the person a "Lateral Puzzle" to see how they think under pressure or show them an unknown case (Upper level) and watch how they take pressure.

Most interviewers want to make sure yuo're not a psychopath, that's basically waht the interview is for. After all, they're going to be sitting next to you for the next 4 years and want to make sure you have half a brain and some personality. It also gives them a chance to ask questions about things you wrote onyour application and personal statement to see if it's legit (i.e. did you really cure cancer in your summer research project after 1st year?). You had better have an answer prepared for why you want to go into rads, because there's about a 95% chance they'll ask you that.

I encountered very few stress questions on my rads interviews, more so on the prelim interviews.
