Do pharmacy schools send rejection email after interview? or they just just don't send anything?

The majority of these interviews are jokes. They just want your money.

It depends.

Some schools take months to get back to you. My school got back to me within a week. At the very least, they will send you a letter rather than cutting off communication.

You will get a letter. Big envelop, you got in, small, don't open it.
