It seems like most programs are using a web-based program to schedule interviews (I've seen InterviewBroker and the scheduler within ERAS so far). What is the etiquette on how many times you can change your date within these interfaces? Is it okay to change as many times as you need to (as you move things around) without contacting the program about it at all? Once a residency program has sent you an email confirming your e-scheduled date, does the etiquette change at all?

I'm sure that's fine. The ERAS scheduler, at least, uses "freeze dates" (usually a week or so before the interview) so just try to have your schedule locked before that. The whole purpose of the other programs is to make scheduling interviews and changing dates easier, so I don't see why anyone would look down on that.
