Has anyone actually had any problems while flying?

I've gotten felt up a few times, but nothing big.

Next time you're going to fly, 1. wear a kilt. 2. opt out of the scanner and ask for a pat down. :)

No problems at all! I've only carried a backpack and a garment bag though. The backpack contained my laptop and my clothes for 2 days. The garment bag contained my suit and white shirt. I've flown primarily on American Airlines and Southwest Airlines and I have experienced no trouble so far.

Hmmm...I wonder if ethnic names make any difference.

I would imagine sexiness does as well :D

I haven't had a problem with the TSA. Only one airport (Boston Logan) had me go through a backscatter machine, and it didn't feel like a big deal.

Maybe you should've looked at their computer screens when you were scanned.... I'd post an image from google but it'd be against SDN policy (i.e., practically porn-quality....)

If we were engaging in a discussion on the safety of x-ray backscatter technology, I think it might be appropriate to post images for those of us less aware of the technology.
