How long do schools give you to prepare for an interview? Is it like a few days, a week, a couple of weeks? I'm just looking for a heads up on the time between if you are invited and the actual date. Thanks!

It may be any of the above, depending on the school and a host of other factors. In general, however, I think you will have plenty of time between the invite and the actual interview date, usually counted in weeks, or sometimes months even (you may have some limited ability to choose your interview date). That's my general impression.
