Interview Waiting List?

Hey...I just received a letter telling me that I have been put on a school's Interview Wait List. Anyone else gotten this? What can I do to improve my chances of being interviewed? Would it help to have a DO that graduated from that school write another letter of rec. for me? (My original LOR is from a DO who graduated from a different school). Thanks for your ideas!

A wait list simply means you are under consideration...or will be after a few other people. Most folks don't use this as an opportunity because clearly there is something they like (or lack of things they dont like) because you werent just rejected.

Use this time to get that other letter of recommendation...or better yet, get the doc to call the admissions director or dean...assuming you know the doc well.

Talk to admissions about spending a day on campus with a first year. Make sure they dont forget your name...make yourself known.

I just got one of those "interview waiting list" letterx via snail mail from CCOM. I have interviews at KCUMB & AZCOM next week. I was expecting this since I accidently sent them the AZCOM secondary essay oops...
