I got an interview to UCLA-Harbor, UMaryland, and Dartmouth. Kinda bummed that people seemed to be getting interviews at Emory and I haven't gotten one

how "complete" does your application have to be to get an interview?
Each program has different criteria for when they consider an application. I am still missing 1 LOR and have 3 interviews, but everything else is in. Some places say on their website that they won't consider for interviews until they receive dean's letter... which sucks for making travel plans! I've heard Ob is rather score heavy - so they want the transcript and USMLE transcript in.
I applied in the beginning of September/mid-Sept with just my CAF, transcript, USMLE scores got four interviews. I added my PS at the end of Sept and got one more-- no LORs or pics submitted yet. I think tiredmom is right, different schools have different levels of what they consider to be complete, but it may be score driven. At any rate, I think you should submit whatever you have now and add documents as you complete them. It was pure laziness/procrastination on my part not submitting everything but according to ACOG, many of these places interview as little as 30-50 ppl. They might decide that they want you to be one of those people based on whatever you have completed now so I would submit!!!

I sent out my app on Sept. 2, but my app wasn't complete (w/ letters) until the 22nd. Here's what I have so far:

My application is not complete yet (all of my letters aren't in) and I have received 4 interviews so far--Bayfront (St. Petersburg), Orlando, Emory, and Wake Forest. Hopefully, once everything is complete, more offers will come in!
has anyone else heard from Baystate (Tufts?) or University of Washington (i.e. U-Dub)? I just got the standard thanks for applying email from U-Dub.
Also, those who did get granted interviews there, were your apps complete except for the Dean's Letter?

Figured I'd join in the fun. Male student on east coast, so far interviews at Hopkins (9/11) , Dartmouth (9/19), and UMDNJ (10/05). Top 1/3 of med school class, strong board scores, not AOA. Excited to do an away month at Brigham in MFM in a few weeks...

out of the ones you've listed there, many of which I've applied to, I still haven't heard anything either. I submitted my app on 9/3. I heard from Hopkins on around 9/7 with my usmle, caf, personal statement, photo, and one lor.

i'm in the same boat as some of y'all! getting worried that i haven't heard from hopkins, baylor, duke, wakeforest...gotten alot of the same interviews as alot of y'all but those listed still havn't gotten back to me. on another note, i got an email from pennsylvania hospital a while back saying they were missing a LOR and needed it to review my app, but it's been in like 2weeks now and no response...should i e-mail them?
