Hello,
I've been stalking this website for a long time and I have always found the answers to my PT questions here. I'm sure someone could help me with this.
Does anyone know any programs that accept Intro to Chemistry ? I've taken the complete series (2 classes). Here is the course descriptions:

Chem 305 : This course covers general principles of chemistry, such as unit analysis, atomic structure, nomenclature, mole concept, stoichiometry, and gases. A brief introduction to organic chemistry and biochemistry is provided. It is primarily designed for allied health majors.
Chem 306 : This course is a continuation of CHEM 305. It covers the organic functional groups and reactions involved in the chemistry of life (biochemistry), as applied to the health sciences.

Both are 5 unit / semester. Both include lab.

Any info/advice/suggestions will be helpful! Thank you!

You should ask your counselor to confirm, but I'm pretty confident that they do ("designed for allied health majors" = physical therapy).

I took a full year of Intro Chem and a full year of General Chem. The intro sequence usually does not fulfill the requirement. From the course descriptions you provided, your intro sequence does not cover many concepts that programs require such as redox reactions, thermochemistry, kinetics, electron configuration, liquids and solids, etc. You need "general" or "college" chemistry.

Your best bet is to look for schools that do not require chemistry at all. Arkansas State, Emory, and Grand Valley State are the only ones I could find without chem requirements.

I would check with the schools you plan on applying to. They're the only ones who can really give you a definitive answer.

Hmm this seems like kind of a grey area...the fact that the courses are numbered in the 300's and worth 5 credits each, yet are called "Intro to Chemistry" is a little bit bizzare...you are definitely going to need to contact each school you want to apply to on this one. I imagine it is going to vary a little school by school. The descriptions of the courses you have taken don't sound quite like what General Chemistry sequences usually cover.

I googled the course descriptions that the OP described and I was able to find the course catalog they came from. Courses numbered 300-499 at that college are transferable to 4 year public institutions in California. Anything in the range of 100-299 is good for credit towards Assoc. degrees, but can't be transferred to 4 yr schools. The general chem sequence at that school is 400/401.
