intro to musculoskeletal medicine

Hey guys, could you recommend good textbooks/qbooks/websites for an Intern who needs introduction for sports medicine, musculoskeletal medicine, and fracture management? I'm ideally looking for tects that I can realistically work through cover to cover in a month, rather than reference textbooks. I'm going into military medicine, and I really want to have a better knowledge base before I begin my sports medicine month. Thank you in advance!

I have used the previous edition for many years and love it.

I also like Pocket Guide to Musculoskeletal Diagnosis (Musculoskeletal Medicine) by Grant Cooper MD. Quick and easy read but does not go into fracture management.

Frontera's book is pretty good for quick info in the clinic. No fracture care though.
