Invite without a secondary?

hey guys just wondering. i got an email from touro-nv a week ago that i have been selected for secondary which they will soon release in few days.than today without a mention of secondary i was emailed an interview invite. is this normal for touro-Nv?

Me too, it sounded like the secondary needed to be complete before the interviews take place. I don't believe this is the norm, I that the new online app was not ready when they anticipated it.
