do you know any university i can continue my education as medical student by transferring some of my studies I've done here in Iran to there?
is it possible at all ?

Transferring into a US medical school is very difficult; usually less than 10 people are successful each year and the vast majority of them are US citizens.

Most US medical schools have a policy that you have to have at least 90 units of US undergraduate education to be eligible. There are occasional waivers.

It is MUCH easier to finish medical school in Iran (or elsewhere) and come to the US for residency training.
