Ireland: Science req for 5 yr program

Hi!

In order to get accepted into the 5 year med program in Ireland, do you have to have a degree in science or will first year courses in the scienes (ie: enough to do the MCAT) suffice?

i think you have to have completed a degree in bachelors to get accepted into a five year program. i have heard lot of people who haven't completed ( 2-3 years done) getting into 6-year program. but don't take my word for it, there may be exceptions. best bet would be to call atlantic bridge program director peter nealon and verifying the facts with him.

You do indeed need a Bachelors degree (some of these degrees range from 3-4 years of university) to get into the five year program.
