Is it better to have more? I have one from my manager and my math professor.

It just depends on the school, my school didn't even use Pharmcas.

A lot of schools require 3 so you'd probably be narrowing down you list of potential schools but quite a lot. Even for the ones that require 2 having 3 would look better
